Party Meatballs With Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds ground chuck

1 cup oats

1 cup evaporated milk

1 teaspon instant onion flakes

1/2 teaspon parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Sauce:

1 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tables vinegar

1/2 cup water

Directions

Mix and form balls.

Place in large casserole dish.

Sauce:

Mix all ingredients together and pour over meatballs.

Cook 350 degrees for 1 hour and 50 minutes...

I just made my own version of these that I will post. These look delicious! I served ours over whole wheat bow tie pasta but I have served them over mashed potatoes and oh, that is good!!!
