Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put all the ingredients into a large soup pot over medium heat. Stir to break up and blend the stuffing. Bring to a boil and then lower heat. Simmer around 1 ½ hours. You may need to add more water if the soup is too thick. Adjust seasonings.

I use Marsala alot too. And Madeira. They will change the color of the soup more than sherry though.

I definitely want to try this but I plan to use Marsala instead of Cream Sherry.

I made this last night without the stuffing, I added egg noodles instead. Great way to use up the rest of the Turkey.

I like the touch of sherry, it makes any soup better in my book. Great post. Thanks.

Sounds good, all I have left now is the turkey meat, I've already used my turkey carcass for Turkey and Rice Soup. Great post though.
