How to make it

  • Put generous amount of peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers. Melt chocolate over low heat (add a little paraffin to help it set up).
  • Using fork, dip crackers in melted chocolate, covering both sides. Place on wax paper until chocolate sets up and can be removed from paper easily.

    It's actually pretty good with white chocolate instead of milk chocolate too. Also, put a bit of paraffin wax if you want to make it a little shiny!

    These are soooo good. I usually make mine with the chocolate flavored almond bark. It is fun to decorate these with sprinkles and colored sugar or you can drizzle melted white chocolate (vanilla flavored almond bark) on them.
