Sausage Chicken And Vinegar Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes (peeled or not and quartered)

2 vinegar peppers sliced

2 tsp Oregano

1/3 cup olive oil

1 lb sweet Italian sausages

tsp black pepper

2 tsp paprika

3 lb cut up frying chicken

salt to taste

Directions

Arrange potatoes in a large shallow baking pan

Mix all of the seasoning together and sprinkle half on the potates

arrange the chicken and sausages on top. Pour the oil over the ingredients and sprinkle with the remaining seasonings.

Cover with foil and bake at 425 degress oven for 1/2 hour, uncover and bake for about 25 minutes longer.

About 25 minutes before it's done add the vinegar peppers.

Too late for me to eat a big meal so I am always looking for recipes that will hold from 7pm or so until he gets home. Do you want feedback from when I prepare it?
