It's called in Italy "Pollo Alla Cacciatora" This is a great meal to enjoy with some wine.

This sounds yum!! but im not a big fan of pulling apart chickens, how much meat is really coming off? Do you think 2lbs of just chicken breasts/tenderloins would suffice?

Looks great Arthur!
I don't make Chicken Cacciatore that often, but now that the weather here in Canada is getting colder and colder, a very good time to cook nice and hot meals to enjoy with a little vino, no?
Thanks for your submission.
Ciao

Wow, I can't wait to try this. Looks a lot like my Italian grandpa's version, which was my all-time favorite comfort meal on a cold winter day when I was little.
