Spread Holiday cheer with a quick recipe with items most of us have in our cupboards! Great for when you have unexpected guests (anytime out of the year!) Have a happy holiday season!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup Picante Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 7 oz. can medium shrimp drained
  • 4 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 hard Boiled Egg, finely chopped
  • Package Italian Salad Dressing Mix

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover and chill.
  3. Chill for about 1 hour and then put dip in a fancy dish.
  4. Serve with chips,crackers, veggies, bread sticks etc.
  5. Yields 2 1/4 cups.
  6. Have fun!

Yes indeed. I can make this even with the kitchen in ruins-if I can find a bowl and the crackers-ha,I know where the crackers are. TY.

Colorful! And the combo of flavors sounds excellent (I love a good shrimp spread). This will make a nice new addition to the holiday appetizer table!
