How to make it

  • Combine onion, cheese, bread crumbs, and seasonings.
  • Dip chicken breass in combined egg and milk, then coat with cheese mixture.
  • Place in baking dish; pour butter over all.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until chicken breasts are golden brown.

    I like the canned onions idea and that it's a baked not fried dish...ok, everything tastes better with a little butter. Ha! Like your postings!

    I never thought of using the canned french fried onions as part of a dry dip. What a great idea that can be added to lots of recipies. Thanks!

    This is iteresting. Where did this recipe come from? Dig you make it up or is this an adaptation from another source. Recipes are like a blank canvas. You paint oh them whatever you like.
