How to make it

  • In a bowl with cover we put the chicken pieces, beer, mustard and spices.We refrigerate for at least 6 hours, stirring occasionaly so that the meat marinates well.
  • In a large pan we gently saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil until soft.
  • Add the strained chicken and saute until golden brown from all sides.
  • Add the mushrooms and saute for 7-8 more minutes.
  • Add the marinade liquid and reduce the fire to a slow simmer, cover and simmer for approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • When the sauce starts to thicken we add the milk cream and simmer for 5 minutes more.
  • Serve with the chopped parsley.
