Mmmmm :)

Something this rich should be a lot harder to make.....maybe we can ammend the instructions and make it LOOK too intimidating ??? ....in hopes that I won't make it too often LOL :)
Is this the low calorie version?? You can lie to me, I won't tell anyone :)

Oh my goodness. Rum and white chocolate in the same recipe! Now I know I love this website.

Mystic... this should be against the law hon...looks and sounds great......

What kind of "extract"? I'm making this tomorrow evening. If you don't reply by then, I'll assume it's vanilla. I'm also assuming that the photo is some other fudge because I can't figure out what would make it brown. Thanks.

Yes it is the same recipe but my family does not like white fudge, and yes again vanila 1/2 tsp. Merry Christmas.

I really recommend this recipe. I made a batch with white chocolate and another with semisweet chocolate. I used black walnuts in both, and both were delicious. My only problem was getting the cut pieces out of the pan without mangling them too much. Next time I'll definately line the pan with plastic wrap or nonstick aluminum. Thanks.

This is PERFECT! Our oldest daughter is in need of some sweets and fudge happens to be her favourite. This absolutely and positively perfect and thank you so very much. 5 forks all the way!!!
