How about home-made lime curd with watermelon, white chocolate-covered pretzels and angelfood cake?

The halfand half CREAM thins the sauce out and cut down on the sweetness.I guess if you want you could omit it,but I enjoy the creamy and less sweet tatse it adds. The con.milk adds thickness and cuts down the tartness of the lemon. You could cut this out and have more lemon curd tatse. If you use homemade curd you may be able to adjust the recipe easier. All recipes are meant to change to ones tatse.I have even added rum extract to this, another time stir in raspberry jam. All depends .I hope this helps.Tell me how it goes.

Thank you so much Zanna,i like it creamy and rich that the half n half cream addition does to it and i just LOVE con.milk in desserts so i could NEVER think of omitting it,lol;)
