Just had the chicken with the Moroccon marinade. The chicken came out perfect. The flavor was a little bland and I think it was because I used oil instead of butter.(spices didn't "stick") What was amazing was how tender and juicy it came out. Having the Turkish one tomorrow. Great post!!!

I made this tonight using the Turkish marinade and it was very good! I only used 1 tsp of cinnamon and I'm glad I did or it would of been way too much! I also only used 1/2 tsp of the cayenne pepper because I didn't want it to be spicy. This tasted very authentic, much like a chicken dish I had at a Turkish cafe once! I'll have to try the Moroccan version next time! I added a photo.
