Peanutbutter Fudge CAKE

A elderly neighbor lady gave me this recipe, it's so good.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 2 eggs well beaten shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 1 cup creamy peanutbutter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- frosting shopping list
- 1/2cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup cocoa shopping list
- 6 tablespoon buttermilk shopping list
- 1lb powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Combine butter ,cocoa,water buttermil and eggs in saucepan.Stir constantly over low heat until mixture boils. Remove from heat. In large bowl combine dry ingredients,mix well. Add hot mixture n vanilla, stir well. Pour into greased n floured 13x9" cake pan.Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutees or untill firm to the touch. Cool completely in the pan. Combine filling ingredients and spread over cake. Frosting :In saucepan combine 1/2 c butter 1/4 c cocoa and 6 tablespoons buttemilk. Bring to a boi;. Remove from heat n add 1lb powered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla, mix until smooth.Spread frosting on top of peanutbutter filling
