Great little spinch appetizer I have made for years Can be frozen

Ingredients
  • 4Tbs. butter or margaine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1c.flour
  • 1tsp.salt
  • 1tsp.baking powder
  • 3/4lb mild cheddar cheese,grated
  • 2pkgs. frozen chopped spinach,thawed and drained
  • 1 small onion,chopped

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Put butter in a 9x 13" baking dish and melt in oven. Remove. Beat eggs well. Add flour,milk,salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add cheese,spinach and onion. Mix well. Bake for 35 mins.
