Spinach Squares

Great little spinch appetizer I have made for years Can be frozen
Ingredients
- 4Tbs. butter or margaine shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1c.flour shopping list
- 1tsp.salt shopping list
- 1tsp.baking powder shopping list
- 3/4lb mild cheddar cheese,grated shopping list
- 2pkgs. frozen chopped spinach,thawed and drained shopping list
- 1 small onion,chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. Put butter in a 9x 13" baking dish and melt in oven. Remove. Beat eggs well. Add flour,milk,salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add cheese,spinach and onion. Mix well. Bake for 35 mins.

This sounds different and very good. I love spinach but don't have it that often cause family really doesn't like it. I think they just might like this. Thanks, great post! Will be trying it.
