Unique Chicken Parmesan Recipe
This recipe is different to me because before I knew about this, I had always had chicken parm with a tomatoe base sauce. I love this!

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme (powder)
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (you can use the real stuff or the kind in the can)
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/3 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 bag of egg/flat noodles
  • 1/4 cup (butter) ***I use "I can't believe it's not butter***
  • 1/2 cup marsala wine
  • 1 cup of skim milk
  • Pam cooking spray

Directions
  1. Preheat over to 350
  2. In a plastic bag, place seasonings, cheese, parsley, and bread crumbs, coat chicken by shaking a piece at a time in the bag.
  3. Spray a shallow roasting pan with Pam, pour in the water and arrange chicken pieces.
  4. Sprinkle chicken with oil and melted butter and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove pan from oven and pour marsala wine over the chicken.
  6. Lower oven to 325 and cover the pan with foil.
  7. Bake 15 minutes longer.
  8. Remove the foil and raise the oven to 350 degrees and bake it for 10 minutes longer.
  9. serve over egg/flat noodles.
  10. Enjoy!

This looks like a pretty simple reciepe fix up for the kids! Ckn Parm is their favorite! I dont know if you ever do this, but I order pre-made meals sometimes, like from resturants and Celebrity Foods for example. Some times they are a life saver! Anyhow, sorry to draw out this message so long...lol!

This is just terrific a real pleasing Italian favorite I love the egg noodles.

Hey, a new version of the old classic! And it's easy, gotta love that! I'm just wondering - where does the milk come in? Do you mix it with the wine? Or do you dip the chicken pieces in it before coating them with the crumb/parm mixture?


Forgot to say that "(butter)" made me laugh - I'm totally stealing that, just so you know!
