How to make it

  • Boil water in a large stock pot
  • mix in cajun crab boil (read instructions on package)
  • Boil frozen crab legs 5 min
  • remove from heat and let stand 20 minutes.
  • while it stands, heat cast iron skillet to medium
  • saute onions, peppers in skillet until onions are transparent
  • add 1/2 of the garlic, cokk for 5 more minutes, then remove from heat.
  • let the mix cool.
  • strain crab legs and remove meat when cool enough to handle
  • shread the meat with your hands
  • add cooled onion/pepper mix to crab meat, and mix with hands
  • add cheeze, and mix more
  • lay out wonton wrappers on sheet and spoon tbsp of mix into middle of wonton wrapper
  • brush beaten eggs lightly on perimiter edges of wonton wrapper for your "glue"
  • press corners of wrapper up and pinch together
  • make sure to leave outer corners unpinched to let air out later
  • Heat vegetable oil to 400 degrees
  • set wonton aside and let's make the thai sauce
  • THAI SAUCE...
  • boil sugar add water in small pot
  • add vineger, ketchup, corn starch, the rest of the garlic, and red pepper and mix well.
  • let sauce cool, then serve on side of wontons
  • fry wontons until light brown and let let strain 1 minute before serving
  • Enjoy!
