Chinese flavored chicken legs. Very tasty

  • 4 chicken legs,thigh and drumstick divided,seperated
  • 1/2 c hoisin sauve
  • 1 tsp. five spice powder

Directions
  1. Perheat oven to 500.
  2. Put chicken in a shallow (1" deep) baking pan lined with foil. Stir together hoisin sauce and five spice powder and brush liberally all over chicken. Bake in upper third of oven until skin is browned and chicken cooked through, 25 to 30 mins
