How to make it

  • Melt bacon grease in med saucepan with tight fitting lid.
  • fry rice in grease until it turns orange in color stir frequently, don't burn it.
  • Stir in all other ingredients, be careful, it might splatter, and bring to boil
  • lower heat to simmer and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • after time is up, turn off heat, and leave it covered until serving
  • stir up with fork before serving with Tacos, Fajitas, flautas, Burritos or any Spanish/Mexican entree!!
