How to make it

  • Rinse chicken and pat dry
  • Combine ¼ c flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag
  • Add chicken pieces a couple at a time and shake to coat
  • Cook chicken in butter and EVOO in large skillet over medium about 8 to 10 minutes, turning once
  • Remove chicken, keep warm and reserve any drippings in skillet
  • Whisk together broth and 3 Tbl flour until smooth; add to skillet
  • Cook, stirring until thick and bubbly
  • Cook one minute longer Add lemon juice and sugar; heat through and serve over chicken
