- 8 SLICES bacon shopping list
- 2 CUPS REGULAR long grain rice shopping list
- 1 CUP CHOPPED onion shopping list
- 5 1/2 C HOT AND SPICY V8 juice shopping list
- 2/3 CUP CHOPPED green pepper shopping list
How to make it
- iN A SKILLET, COOK BACON UNTIL CRISP. REMOVE BACON AND CRUMBLE INTO PIECES, SAVING THE DRIPPINGS. IN DRIPPING OVER MEDIUM-LOW HEAT, COOK RICE AND ONION UNTIL RICE IS BROWNED AND ONION IS SOFT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. ADD V8 JUICE AND GREEN PEPPER. REDUCE HEAT HEAT TO LOW AND COVER. SIMMER 20 - 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL RICE IS TENDER AND LIQUID IS ABSORBED, STIR FREQUENTLY. ADD BACON. STIR THEN SERVE WARM.
