How to make it

  • In pan, brown meat in olive oil
  • Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent
  • Stir in flour then remaining ingredients
  • Mix thoroughly and put into buttered casserole dish
  • Bake at 350 for 1 1/2-2 hours.
  • I've served with buttered noodles or rice.
