Maple Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

2 Tbs. soy sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. garlic salt

1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

1 pound salmon

Directions

In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt and pepper.

Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish and marinade salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.

Preheat oven to 400F (200C).

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes or until it easily flakes with a fork.

Love this recipe!!! Very flavorful! My salmon did take a bit longer than the recipe states but that was because I had honkin giant salmons! This could easily be done on the grill as well and I might try it that way as well!
