- ¼ cup butter or margarine, softened shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon dried basil, crushed shopping list
- 18 oz. package softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1/8 Teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 2/3 Cup boiling water shopping list
- 8-12 oz. Fettuccini or Dumpling noodles shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced shopping list
- ¼ Cup butter or margarine, softened shopping list
- ¾ Cups Romano or parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- parsley (garnish) shopping list
How to make it
- Cheese Sauce: combine ¼ cup butter, parsley and basil; Blend in cream cheese and pepper; stir in boiling water and blend well.
- Keep warm over a pan of hot water.
- Cook noodles in a large amount of salted, boiling water, just till tender, drain.
- Cook garlic in ¼ cup butter, pour over noodles; toss again.
- Add cream sauce and the rest of the cheese, blend well.
- You may garnish with parsley if desired

I use almost the same stuff,I like throwing in mushrooms too. Great post, people should throw away thier NOODLE-RONI.Its not so hard to make it homemade.:)
