Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cheese Sauce: combine ¼ cup butter, parsley and basil; Blend in cream cheese and pepper; stir in boiling water and blend well.
  • Keep warm over a pan of hot water.
  • Cook noodles in a large amount of salted, boiling water, just till tender, drain.
  • Cook garlic in ¼ cup butter, pour over noodles; toss again.
  • Add cream sauce and the rest of the cheese, blend well.
  • You may garnish with parsley if desired

    This sounds a lot like Noodles Romanoff from Stouffers. My Mom used to buy it at the store. I can't find it around here anymore, but your homemade version sounds way better any way. Thanks for the great post. MJ

    I use almost the same stuff,I like throwing in mushrooms too. Great post, people should throw away thier NOODLE-RONI.Its not so hard to make it homemade.:)
