Ok...I will insist on a cookies book. All of your cookies recipes are different and interresting Michelle. You are illustrating and I think with some preparations you will be able to post a book.

You post the best sweets recipes, I'm going to work my way through them all. = )

OH MY GOODNESS, PEOPLE - RUN, do not WALK, to the store and pick up what you need to make these delightful little gems...decadent, dreamy, delicious little bites of ccokie, cream cheese, chocolate - what more could you ask from a cookie?!? Michelle, these are EXCELLENT, and I'm TRYING not to eat them all - don't know if they'll survive until Monday so I can take them in to work...you are the best!!!! Thank you for sharing another great recipe with us...hugs, Krum

Made these again tonight, Michellem - what's so funny is that my husband normally likes 2 kinds of desserts...anything made of chocolate or fruit - not big on cream cheese or white cookies. I wish you could have seen the expression on his face when he bit into one of these...priceless!! He loved them - taking them to work next week for his office, and saving some for Erin to take to a friend's house next weekend... these cookies IMPRESS, and are sooooo easy to make!!!!
PS - I left out the coconut and pecans in the filling this time, due to some peoples allergies, etc - I prefer the coconut and pecan addition, but excellent either way.

Wow wow great cookies thanks

OMG... now Im gonna have to make these too....I can see right now Ive been away from your recipes too long Michelle...These look and sound wonderful...A great post!!!
