Asparagus On The Grill

- 1 1/2-2 lbs. asparagus shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- garlic powder (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes
- About 3/4-1 inch from end of asparagus, push skewer through and push to other end of skewer.
- Repeat with 5 more asparagus
- Take another skewer and from the other end of the asparagus do the same thing with all
- Now it should look like a raft
- 6 asparagus and two skewers
- Brush with olive oil
- Season with salt and pepper and garlic powder if desired
- Grill over medium heat flipping once until done
