Sounds yummy! Can not wait to try it. I find I am cooking more these winter days as the snow just keeps coming down. We have 100 inches of snow and it continues to snow every day!

I bought oatmeal in bulk and am now trying to find ways to use it. This sounds wonderful and can't wait to try it, especially with the pineapple. Thanks
