I don't see why you couldn't do the same rub and glazes on chicken breasts with ribs and skin.....my daughter went on a vegetarian kick for six weeks because the night I served cornish hens for dinner we happened to watch the Simpson's episode where Bart killed a bird with his sling shot, it was a little to realistic for her and she went on a meat strike! I lost 20+ lbs. She still won't eat a Cornish hen, but finally she will eat meat (one too many dinners featuring bean burritos, cured her of her veggie obsession) and chicken now.
