Orange Slice Jello Shots

A favorite or mine for parties by Bob Blumer, The Surreal Gourmet.
Ingredients
- 2 oranges shopping list
- 1 pkg orange-flavored Jello shopping list
- 1/2 cup vodka shopping list
How to make it
- Slice oranges in half. Using a spoon, scoop out all the flesh and divider pith. Reserve.
- In a medium bowl, add Jello and 1/2 cup boiling water. When Jello has dissolved, add vodka.
- Pour liquid Jello into orange halves. Refrigerate for approximately 4 hours, or until firm.
- To serve, slice each half into 3 wedges. REMEMBER, YOU ARE SERVING SOLID BOOZE.

We love jello shots here in WI, usually the are green and gold how ever..... I think we just may have to use this one in the mix. Thanks for a splendid idea :)

i made these last night for my wifes surprise party everyone loved them and the idea of them being in the actual orange rather than the little plastic cups. thanks for the idea. next time im going to do lemons and limes also.
