Chicken Wings With Spicy Apricot Sauce

- 18-20 chicken wings, tips discarded shopping list
- 1 tbls. olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 cup apricot preserves shopping list
- 1/2 cup lime juice shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat broiler
- Line bottom of broiler pan with foil
- Spray top with cooking spray
- Toss wings in oil, then salt and pepper
- In single layer, put chicken on broiler rack
- Broil 4-5 inches from heat, turning over after 10 minutes and cook for 10 more minutes
- Add remaining ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth
- Bring to a boil over medium heat in small saucepan for one minute, constantly stirring
- Brush 1/4 cup of sauce onto chicken and broil 2-3 more minutes
- Turn wings over and brush with another 1/4 cup of sauce and broil 2-3 more minutes
- Brush with remaining sauce before serving

This looks good... im definately going to try this. I love chicken wings and living in Milan,its virtually impossible to find some EXTREMELY HOT wings.. but ill try this one for my Italian friends. Thanks much!
