I made these to your 20 serving size and they just seemed too big, so I cut them in half so they would be more bite size pop in your mouth compatable. It's OK, you can eat two of them to make up for it!
I also crushed the pecans with the vanilla wafers. My teeth aren't what they used to be for chewing nuts and the like.
They have a raw cookie dough tasting quality to them and they make my mouth water, well after eating one.
