Hi Dipblue, I made this recipe for dinner. (I also tried to comment and add a photo earlier, but apparently it didn't upload. Neither did my previous comment, so I'll try again!) It was yummy! I used 1/4 lb Swiss and 1/4 lb medium cheddar. The kids weren't home, so I actually got to take a photo of it! I had two photos that were closer up and showed the yummy gooey cheese, but those were both blurry. I added the one that came out the clearest. It was really good! I'm going to try another cheese next time and another herb. I used Basil from my garden and put a little too much in it (Oops.) I didn't measure the basil, just clipped it into the cheese mix.
This will be a fun one to experiment with! Thanks for posting it!
