Ingredients
- Cupcakes
- White Frosting
- Coconut
- Green Food Coloring
- Marshmallow Chicks
- Jelly Beans etc.
- Pipe Cleaners
- Ribbon
Directions
- Bake your cupcakes and let them cool.
- Frost with white frosting .
- In a bowl, mix coconut and green food coloring until the coconut is green .
- Cover the frosted cupcake tops with green coconut, so that it looks like grass on top.
- Add Marshmallow Chicks, Jelly Beans and any other FUN Easter Candy that you would like.
- Insert the pipe cleaner, as an upside down “U” to each side of the cupcake to create your basket handle.
- Tie a ribbon on the top of the handle and you have an Easter Basket Cupcake!

That's a LOT of cupcakes! They are so cute though! Thanks for the memories. And YES I will be making them again this year for my 1st. and 4th. graders!
