Okay...what am I doing wrong?? I tried this exactly like printed, 4 lb round roast...came out blood-raw and runny...my family made me take them out for dinner...Did I miss something...500 degrees, 15 minutes, oven 'on' and 1 hour in hot oven 'off'.
