Chocolate surprise muffins

- 100 grams Bittersweet chocolate; 60 % cocoa, chopped shopping list
- 100 grams butter shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 130 grams sugar + sprinkling the muffin moulds shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar shopping list
- 1 pinch salt shopping list
- 40 grams flour shopping list
- 40 grams hazelnuts, ground shopping list
- 6-8 Chocolate, diced shopping list
- 1-2 tsp icing sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200 °C/400 F . Butter and sugar 6 to 8 moulds from
- a muffin tray. Chill.
- Stir chocolate and butter in heavy medium saucepan over low heat
- until melted. Cool slightly.
- Whisk eggs and sugar in large bowl until getting pale and fluffy
- about 5 minutes.Whisk in the chocolate mixture. Than carefully fold in the flour and the hazelnuts. Pour batter into muffin moulds, dividing equally.Press one chocolate peace in every mould, cover with batter.Bake for 12 minutes. Remove cakes from tin and dust with icing sugar.
- The batter can be made 1 day ahead and filled into the moulds. Cover; chill.

Hazelnut and chocolate are a match made in Heaven. Wonderful post. I like the oozing center, hot or cold. Beautiful step by step, dearest. I wish I had a camera man in my kitchen when I make my messes! It would be a lot easier~nice post~Tina
