How to make it

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken, then coat with flour.
  • Melt ½ C. butter and ½ of garlic in skillet. Saute chicken in garlic and butter.
  • Remove chicken and place in baking dish with remaining melted butter and garlic.
  • Put onion and mushrooms in skillet and cook till tender. Pour over chicken.
  • Pour broth over chicken. Bake at 325°F for 35 min uncovered. Stir occasionally.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.
