How to make it

  • Stir shrimp,oil and garlic in a largre bowl to combine. Add breadcrumbs and parsley and toss until shrimp are evenly coated. Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Thread on skewers and place on plate. Refrigerate up to 3 hours.
  • Prepare grill(med-high heat. Grill shrimp till just opaque in center and crumb coating begins to brown about 2 mins a side. Transfer to a plate and serve with lemon wedges.

    Tasty shrimp. I had a hard time getting the bread crumb mix to stick to the shrimp. I ended up smooshing it on to get some on there and it seemed kinda thick. I also must have missed getting garlic on there because I couldn't taste much. I had a lot of crumbs left in the bowl. Two minutes each side is definitely enough. I did three the first time and got a bit of burning. Thanks, Pat.

    Sounds wonderful. Only wish we had picked up some shrimp. Would of made this with our grilled rib-eyes tonight. Will bookmark it to make the next time. Great Post:o)
