Can't say how many servings again it depends on how large you cut them and how many one person eats. Enjoy, they are yummie

Melt caramels with 1/3 C. milk.
Combine half the cake mix with butter, 1/2 C. milk, mix with spoon.
Grease and flour 9x13 baking dish. Spread mixture. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
Cover with caramels, chips and nuts. Put remaining cake mix on top. Bake another 10 minutes.

I don't like choclate, but this sounds awesome!
What would happen if I used low fat evaporated milk? Would it change the consistency?
