How to make it

  • Boil water with black pepper and boil shrimps for 30 seconds until they are color pink See Photo.
  • Simmer shrimps in cold water and ice cubes… See Photo
  • Drain the water and place shrimps in a large bowl and add onion, pepper, tomato, pepper, orange juice, lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, ketchup, parsley and cilantro… finally, add dried hot red peppers (as your wish), Miw well and cover the bowl with film and chill over night.   • Ceviche is better after some hours… and very chill.

    This is a great recipe. I can't figure the 4.3 rating unless you made the gringos nervous or you have a troll visiting. This is not the way I usually make Ceviche out here but it looks good enough to eat. Next Sunday I think. RJ

    I had my first ceviche on the coast just below Cancun in Mexico. Love at first taste. I get ceviche here in Sacramento at a large mexican grocery store, made fresh with a white fish. Sometime they have shrimp. I will make your recipe and take pics to post. Hope mine turns out as nice as yours. JJ
