Dublin Potato Salad

Now this potato Salad has a change of pace to it Chilled Corn Beef and some Cabbage. Sorce Better Homes and Garden cook book Printed 1966.
Ingredients
- 1 tps. each celery seed and mustard seed shopping list
- 2 Tbs. vinegar shopping list
- 3 cups warm diced cooked potatoes shopping list
- 2 tps. sugar 1/2 tps. salt shopping list
- 1 12-ounce can corned beef, chilled and diced shopping list
- 2 cups finely shredded crisp cabbage shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 Tbs. milk shopping list
- 1Tbs. vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tps. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Soak celery and mustard seeds in 2 Tbs. vinegar; drizzle over warm potatoes. Sprinkle with sugar and 1/2 tps.salt. Chill. Add meat, cabbage, pickle, and onions. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over potato mixture; toss lightly.
