Cabbage Roll Meatloaf

- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 3 stalks celery chopped shopping list
- 2 heaping Tbsp. chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats shopping list
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. chopped or shredded cabbage shopping list
- 2 roasted bell peppers diced (I prep these when I get home from the store so I didn't add that in the prep or cook time - or used jarred) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- galic powder shopping list
- dried basil shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- paprika shopping list
- cumin shopping list
- no sugar added Hunts spaghetti sauce in a big can - ONLY using what you need shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion, celery and garlic over med heat.
- In a bowl mix the rest of ingredients, with seasoning to your liking and only mixing enough sauce to make it the right consistancy.
- Add in onion mixture to meat mixture.
- Form into a loaf and set on broiler type pan...so the fat can drain.
- Cook at 350F for 60 minutes then top w/ a little sauce and cook for another 20 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Similar to mine witout the cabbage. In fact I'm making meatloaf tongiht and I always put it in the fridge 24 hrs prior to cooking. All I need to do is add the cabbage!
