Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups Frosted Flakes cereal, crushed to 1 1/2 cuos
  • 1 -6oz package semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted

Directions
  1. Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Beat margarine and sugar until light & fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
  4. Add flour mixture, mixing until well combined.
  5. Stir in Frosted Flakes cereal.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over dough.
  7. With knife, swirl chocolate gently thru dough to acheive marbled appearance.
  8. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until done.
  10. Remove from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks
  11. Yield 5 to 6 dozen cookies.

This is very different. I have a recipe that I have had for years that uses corn flakes. But never heard of using frosted flakes. I am always on the look out for recipes that are not so "cookie cutter"! LOL!Thanks for this post.
