Tiger Cookies

Great recipe from a local bank's cookbook. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 cup margarine or butter, softened shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 3 cups frosted Flakes cereal, crushed to 1 1/2 cuos shopping list
- 1 -6oz package semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Beat margarine and sugar until light & fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
- Add flour mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in Frosted Flakes cereal.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over dough.
- With knife, swirl chocolate gently thru dough to acheive marbled appearance.
- Drop by rounded measuring tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until done.
- Remove from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks
- Yield 5 to 6 dozen cookies.
