Peaches-n-Cream Pie Recipe
This is a great dessert, quick and easy, also good to make during the hot summer months. I get lots of requests for this from family and friends. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 (8oz) package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 3 ½ cups thawed cool-whip
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
  • 2 medium peaches, peeled (or canned peach slices, drained)
  • 1 package (4 servings) vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • ¼ tsp almond extract

Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in sugar, 2 Tbsp milk, and 2 cups of cool-whip. Spread cream cheese mixture in pie crust, top with diced peaches, press down lightly into cream cheese mixture.
  2. Prepare pudding using 1 cup of milk, beat in almond extract. Let stand 5 minutes. Beat in the rest of the cool-whip and spread over peaches. Chill overnight.
