You can prepare this on the stovetop in a hot and oiled heavy skillet with cooking time the same. Do not overcook. Enjoy. Recipe from Bon Appétit.

Nice and healthy. Tuna is always a hit.
I think this would be great for a lite dinner.

I noticed that the tuna was a perfectly seared and pink in the middle. The 30 minute marinading time makes the tuna a mouth watering delight.

Wonderful recipe - and the greatest surprise: i've got everything but the tuna steak at home - so there is nothing preventing me making this within the next few days - except that stores are closed during the holidays :-)
thank you for a great post, Vickie - i amm still looking for your red onion and apple salad.
have a lovely Easter holiday,
hugs to you,
Renate

Wow! We've tried cooking tuna before but obviously not the right way... this is a fabulous recipe...moist, great wasabi sauce, tender, juicy, very flavorful; this will be a favorite fish dish for many times ahead! Thanks!
