Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 50ml Mayonaise
- 250ml Rice Krispies (finely smashed - I use a roller pin)
- 250ml Cheese (your choise - grated)
- 2x150g Crisp (finely smashed) (Chips - your choice - we like chives/cheese/bbq etc)
Directions
- Boil the eggs for approximately 6-8 minutes
- Peel the eggs
- Mash the eggs extremely fine
- Mix mayonaise with the eggs
- Add finely 'smashed' Rice Crispies, mix well
- Lastely add the cheese (mix)
- Roll the egg mix in small balls (I use a heaped teaspoon full)
- Once you have rolled the egg balls roll them into the crumped/smashed crisps.
- Refridgerate until ready to serve.
