Crockpot Recipe that's easy to put together. Delicious combination of Chicken and Sour Cream

Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 package Dry Italian dressing mix.
  • 1 tbs minced garlic.
  • Cracked pepper
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs milk
  • 1 tsp dill

Directions
  1. Spray Crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Add Chicken to crockpot
  3. Add italian drssing mix to chicken.
  4. Add Minced garlic and Cracked Pepper, Spread evenly over chicken
  5. Cook on Low (6 to 8 hours) or High (4 to six hours)
  6. Halfway thru cooking process add mushrooms.
  7. One hour before done, Mix the Sour cream, lemon juice, dill weed and Cream of Chicken. Add Milk to thin
  8. Pour over chicken and cook on high for the remaining hour.
  9. Serve over rice, or potatoes.
