Ingredients

1 can of chili with beans

2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese {grated or Allready grated cheese

1 large 12 oz. PKG. Doritos{Save 2 cups for topping}

10 to 15 oz. Enchilada sauce

8 oz. can tomatoe sauce

2 tablespoons onion{Grated}

1 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions

Set aside sour cream} for the topping, 1/2 cup of the grated cheese, 1/3 of the doritos, Grate a small onion and measure 2 tbs, and set aside Take remaining 6 cups of doritos and crumble into a mixing bowl {mix the onion and all other ingredients <Except those for the topping> Place into an 8 1/2x 11 inch casserole dish Bake for 20 min. at 375 degrees. Remove casserole from oven {Spread on: Sour cream cover with doritos and sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake for additional 5 minutes. Yum Yum, Enjoy

I ADD A CAN OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM AND ROTEL TOMATOES WITH MY ENCHILADA SAUCE. I ALSO USE RANCH STYLE BEANS. I HEAT ALL THAT UP TOGETHER THEN POUR ONTO THE CASSEROLE THEN USE THE CHEESE. I ALSO USE CHICKEN INSTEAD OF BEEF. IF YOU WANT GO TAKE A LOOK AT MY DORITO CASSEROLE RECIPE.. BE BLESSED!
