Liver Delight

- 1 lb. chicken livers, chopped shopping list
- 1 onion, minced shopping list
- margarine shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- marsala. ( optional) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, finely chopped shopping list
- lemon juice to taste shopping list
- fried bread rounds shopping list
How to make it
- Saute chicken livers with the onions in a small amount of olive oil and margarine.
- Flavor to taste with lemnon juice., marsala, salt and pepper.
- Add finely chopped sage.
- Spread mixture on bread rounds and serve.
- FOR THE BREAD......
- Use a round loaf of french or italian bread, thinly sliced.
- Fry until brown in mixture of margarine and olive oil.
- Drain on paper towels.

One of my favorite guilty pleasures. I don't understand why most people don't like liver. We have very high taste compatibility! The website even says so!
