Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute chicken livers with the onions in a small amount of olive oil and margarine.
  • Flavor to taste with lemnon juice., marsala, salt and pepper.
  • Add finely chopped sage.
  • Spread mixture on bread rounds and serve.
  • FOR THE BREAD......
  • Use a round loaf of french or italian bread, thinly sliced.
  • Fry until brown in mixture of margarine and olive oil.
  • Drain on paper towels.
