Ingredients

8 hard boiled eggs, shells removed

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 cup lump crab meat

3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbs. prepared mustard (use grey pupon if you'd

like a little kick)

1/2 Tbs. dill

pinch of salt and pepper

dash of paprika

Directions

Roughly chop eggs for salad

Next combine celery, onion, mayo, mustard, dill, salt and pepper.

Gently fold in crab meat, you want it to flake as little as possible.

Chill for at least 1 hour in refrigerator.

Serve on a crusty roll with a dash of paprika for color. Enjoy!
