Crab Acapulco

- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour, sifted shopping list
- 1 2/3 cups milk shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire suace shopping list
- Dash of cayenne pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice or lemon juice shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sherry shopping list
- 2 cups crabmeat shopping list
- 4 avocadas shopping list
- sesame seeds shopping list
- nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour and butter together.
- Gradually blend in milk and cook, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
- Add salt, Worcestershire, cayenne pepper, lime juice, and sherry.
- Stir.
- Add crabmeat and mix well.
- Cut avocados in half, remove seed, and peel.
- Place in a shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and fill each half with crabmeat mixture.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and nutmeg.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.

This is in one of my cookbooks to and it is delicious! But I don't remember the cayenne being in it, tho, it may be, I will look.I think you will like it.
