Crab Acapulco Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup flour, sifted

1 2/3 cups milk

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Worcestershire suace

Dash of cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice or lemon juice

3 tablespoons sherry

2 cups crabmeat

4 avocadas

Sesame seeds

Nutmeg

Directions

Mix flour and butter together.

Gradually blend in milk and cook, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.

Add salt, Worcestershire, cayenne pepper, lime juice, and sherry.

Stir.

Add crabmeat and mix well.

Cut avocados in half, remove seed, and peel.

Place in a shallow baking dish.

Sprinkle with salt and fill each half with crabmeat mixture.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and nutmeg.

Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
