Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix flour and butter together.
  • Gradually blend in milk and cook, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
  • Add salt, Worcestershire, cayenne pepper, lime juice, and sherry.
  • Stir.
  • Add crabmeat and mix well.
  • Cut avocados in half, remove seed, and peel.
  • Place in a shallow baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with salt and fill each half with crabmeat mixture.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and nutmeg.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Never had cooked avocado before so far as I can recall - but the ingredients in this are awesome. Have to try it. Thanks for a very interesting recipe.

    I love the flavors here...will be a definite on my list since hubby doesn't like seafood and it doesn't make too much.
