Chi Spice Organic Cocoa Recipe

This is just Cocoa with a little extra grown up modern flavor. I made this on a rainy day

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 Star anise
- 8 whole cloves
- 8 Whole allspice berries
- one 1 inch piece of ginger
- 2 cups of Vanilla Soy milk or regular milk
- 1/4 cup organic Cocoa Mix
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
Directions
- Add all the spiced and ginger to a pot
- add water
- bring to a boil, cook and reduce for 10 minutes
- strain all of the spices and reserve the water
- place the reserved water the organic cocoa mix the vanilla and the milk of your choice
- heat on medium until all cocoa is blended and cocoa is nice and hot
- Serve in a mug and enjoy
