This is called S.T.O.P ...for squash, tomatoes, onions & peppers.
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes sliced shopping list
- 5 squash sliced shopping list
- 1 red onion sliced shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 large green peppers, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Put in layers in a casserole dish, starting with thick layer of squash
- Then onion, pepper, tomato and repeat
- Dot each layer with butter.
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes, uncovered
- Serves 4-6
